During 2005 Melinda worked with many wonderfully talented Jazz musicians of international reputation. Being motivated by their enthusiasm and commitment she secured a production deal with an independent Studio and Record label and went to work with “The Band”. Early in 2006 they recorded “Hit Me With A Hot Note………and watch me bounce".

A Lady with Standards

Striving to establish her quartet on the Corporate circuit a demo cd was in demand. She took her quartet into the studio and recorded what turned out to be an Album of such quality it has been played on the BBC Radio Network and has served well as a first class introduction for Melinda into the functions market.

Mainly Traditional

This was Melinda’s first recording experience when she recorded two arranged songs by pianist John Betts.
